• Refunds requested within 14 days of enrollment: Full refund minus processing fees
• Refunds requested after 14 days but before course start: 50% refund
• Refunds requested after course commencement: No refund applies
• Exceptions may apply for documented circumstances; contact us for review

6. Course Completion and Certificates

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements, which typically include:

• Attending required sessions or completing modules
• Completing assignments and projects
• Passing final assessments

CurrentAX reserves the right to revoke certificates if plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or policy violations are discovered.

7. User Conduct

When using our platform and services, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or defame other users or instructors
• Post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Spam or create multiple fraudulent accounts
• Violate intellectual property rights of others

Your sole remedy is either refund of course fees or retaking the course.

Career advancement depends on individual effort, skills application, and market conditions. Industry certifications require passing vendor exams administered independently.

These terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes will be resolved in Thai courts. For international users, local laws may also apply.
